Frequent Asked Questions


Cancellations

We completely understand life is hectic and things happen beyond our control. We respect the need to reschedule and ask that you do so 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your appointment more than once, you will be asked to leave a 50% deposit to book your future appointment.


No Shows

If a no-call no-show occurs, you will be asked to leave a 100% deposit for your future appointment.


Running Late?

We can usually make it work, but if you are late 15 minutes or more for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule or shorten the scheduled service. Our stylists book back-to-back, therefore, running late results in the next guest starting late and so on. We can usually catch up so please notify us when you know you might be late.

Product Return

We trust in the products we use and recommend maintaining your hair and color investment at home. However, if you are not satisfied with the product or it isn’t working properly, we do not want you to be stuck with it! We will happily swap out for a product that we believe can better suit your hair needs. We ask this exchange happen within 30 days of purchase.
